In Russia the word (Cipolla) is, first of all, associated with that funny hero of (La avventure di Cipollino), a fairy-tale by Jhanny Rodari. The character of Cipollino won huge popularity across the USSR. A Russian kid’s magazine Veselie Kartinky later honored him membership in a club which consisted of famous personages of children’s books and movies.

Teatralnaya Metro (Zamoskvoretskaya, the Green line) - Last carriage of the train out of the city centre (riding from last stations of the line like Krasnogvardeyskaya, Domodedovskaya, Orehovo, Tsaritsino etc) or the first carriage of the train toward the centre (riding from Rechnoy Vokzal, Vodny Station, Voikovskaya, Sokol etc) exit to Metropol Hotel, Red Square and GUM.
